1. I joined this agency because it was the agent and carrier my wife had when we met and I just rolled my coverage over. I’ve called in a few time to the office for simple coverage changes for new vehicles, etc (never a claim) and have spoken only with an office assistant. Deb has never answered the phone, nor has she ever called for a welfare check which is REALLY disappointing. I think she’s probably and name and face that collects funds from the business and hides behind employees. My wife has told me she is also a broker and can do retirement planning which is something we desperately need to get accomplished but since she has never ever reached out to us, I will not be giving her our business for that.

2. I like having an agent in town. I can pick up the phone and speak with
   her when I need to, rather than navigate a huge corporation located
   somewhere else. She remembers me and my policy and gives me great
   service. I love knowing I have someone local on my side that can help
   make sure I’m covered and to help me if I ever have an accident. I
   initially was referred to her from a friend who had had a positive
   experience with her. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to deal with a local
   agency but as soon as I called her I was certain it was the right
   decision. I feel so relieved knowing I have someone in town that works
   on my policy. The customer service I get is superior to that which I
   received with huge corporations.

   I also appreciate knowing I’m supporting my local economy. I like
   knowing that I’m supporting a small business while still reaping the
   benefits of a large insurance company like State Farm. I compared my
   rates to all the other leaders and it was incredibly comparable. I
   feel that I am getting a great product at a great price.

   I also like that State Farm offers other products, both insurance and
   finanncial. I plan on exploring those options with Deb soon and I feel
   confident that she is knowledgable and can give me great customer
   service in that area, too.

   My only regret is that I didn’t switch to Deb sooner!”
