I have had quite a few issues over the years with accidents and issues with apartments, such as fire. I have worked with a few other agents in the past for insurance, and that has been unsatisfactory to say the least. I had a fire happen, and couldn’t get reimbursed from the previous company for almost a year. I switched to this agent, and everything had been handled in a timely manner, from broken windshields to flooding issues. A few months ago, both my car and my apartment had heavy damage from a pretty horrible storm. A roof caved in, right over my bedroom, ruining my clothes, and then another tree fell on the hood of the car, leaving a lot of small and large dings on the front of the car. Through all of this they were very friendly and courteous, and it seemed like they really cared, and didn’t see me as just a number, which occasionally happens with the larger companies.
