1. I switched to this agency after being with AllState for all my life i.e. over 20yrs. They quoted me about the same rate as AllState with a promise that as I become older customer, but rates would go down. I thought it does not hurt trying someone new, if the rates are about the same. I received confirmed quote, policy etc. but after a month they increased the rate by 50% saying that this is from the Corporate office and there is nothing they could not. But they advise that they cancel the policy if this new rate is not acceptable and in fact they could coordinate with AllState to make sure I can easily transition to them. So, I cancelled the policy with this agency and switched back to AllState. But when I received refund from this agency, they deduced about 15% amount saying this is a cancellation charge, which they did not mention before cancelling the policy. I was fooled to work with them by seeing great reviews here. Not sure if all these reviews are real. But to me, this agency is just pathetic. I wish I could give them a 0 star here.

2. When I first chose this agent I was a bit weary. I have never been with a local style agent under a big corporation. She was close by and I was in pretty bad shape. I needed car insurance as my last carrier had dropped me for no known reason. The process itself was really easy. I just stopped in and was able to get a quote from the office and at that point I was able to shop around. I ultimately came back to the office of Cherie Morrison because she was warm and welcoming to my needs. I felt like I wasn’t just another number in the system that would send her a check every month. Things always get handled had I needed to add or drop a policy. I’ve never filed a claim so I can not comment about how that process goes.
