1. This man is great. He is straight to the point, and you can deal with him over the phone or in office. As a busy man I can give him a call and if he isn’t around he will give me a call back and we will sort through any issues. We need more men like him who don’t try to beat around the bush and scam people. He has helped me with every issue I ever had regarding my car insurance. There was once a time where I called him and he asked me how I was doing. I explained to him that I had just stopped at a local pancake shop called Pamelas for some pancakes. He responded with a story of his own about eating pancakes. He ate some pancakes at Ihop a week earlier, and he told me that he saw one of his ex girlfriends there. They avoided eye contact because their relationship ended on a sour note. We then proceeded to talk about a fender bender that I had gotten into. I told him about the issue, about how the person I was dealing with who was actually the one responsible for the entire issue was going to act like they had nothing to do with the accident. He was already prepared to deal with issues like this and knew exactly what to do. He told me to relax and he would deal with it, and not only did he get me a great deal but the person who caused the accident actually apologized to me.
