I bought the insurance online. I have spoken with Mr. Winderl, and he thanked me for buying insurance. Other than that, we have not discussed my policy. I was pleased with the cost. I have received mail from him soliciting home owner’s insurance, but I live in a trailer and the insurance it likely high. I also think he does not insure trailers older than ten years and mine is older than that. I feel that should I call his office, most likely I would not be speaking to him. I get the impression that his office staff does the bulk of the work. As a matter of fact, Mr. Winderl spends approximately half the year wintering in Florida. I think I could get my questions answered by his staff, and doubt seriously I would even get a chance to speak to him should I need to call with any inquiries.
