1. Neil Harriman has been a great insurance man for us for the past 10 years or so. I can’t remember exactly how we found him but I do remember why we searched for a new insurance agent. The one we had before kept raising the price but the coverage kept getting worse. And after a hail storm one year they wanted to patch our roof instead of replacing it. After that we knew we needed a better agent with a better company. From day one Neil, and Allstate, have done everything to get us the best coverage at the best price. Also, my husband buys and fixes up cars and sells them and all we have to do is give Neil a call and he will add the car to our policy without us having to go in to sign anything. I can call him anytime with questions or concerns with any of our policies.

   When we bought our last rental house we couldn’t get insurance on it because of trees around it. They also said something about a porch. Well Neil met us at the house and walked through it and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the coverage. He has always been very helpful like that.

   I also call him every few years to see if he can give us a better rate on our car insurance and he always seems to find some way to lower the rate. We also have a few Landlord’s policies with him but that’s not in your list of things. We would highly recommend Neil Harriman to anyone who asked us about insurance. And we have done so more than once.
