1. When I purchased my house, I tried a few online insurance portals to figure out what a policy would look like. However, that process (online) was incredibly confusing, so I wanted to talk to a human about it. I did a search for highly rated insurance agents near my house, and Josh was one of the first ones on that list. He actually picked up the phone when I called, which is essential. I had a ton of questions about what I should sign up for when it came to home insurance, as well as about where I found certain information (such as the type of roof I had and other random info necessary for a homeowner’s policy). He was excellent at walking me through everything and helping me get the policy I needed. He also has an office that I can go to in person if I need to, which is a big plus to me. My only negative” is that my car insurance, which I bundled with homeowners, started out really great and affordable, but they kept jacking up my rate (despite having 0 accidents or incidences).

2. I think the moment that stands out in my memory was when I went to get work done on my car. And they asked to see my insurance papers. I reach into my glove box and the papers are expired. So I texted josh and within seconds he emailed me digital copies of my most up to date insurance forms. Thus, I was able to get my car inspected and worked on and didn’t have to reschedule. This is the kind of service josh does on the regular. I can rely on him to be there when I need him and to answer any questions that I may have regarding either my home or car. After I was married, I again sent josh a text and asked him to insure my wife’s ring and voila, it was added to our policy with no problems or fuss. He is very easy to deal with and always there when I need him”
