My experience was positive.
I was recommended this agent about eight years ago by a co-worker. When contacted they were quick to reply with a quote and I found their prices to be significantly lower than competing agencies and companies. If there was any downside I would say that it took several calls and emails back and forth to get the correct paperwork filled out and submitted, and then they notified me that they still needed pictures of my car before they could complete enrollment. I also often spoke with different personnel, however after the initial setup, I only needed to communicate with one person. I was also surprised to find that I was reaching them on their cell number (I felt bad because I called in the morning and they were still getting their day going at home). All in all I would happily recommend them.
