Ty has been my husband’s insurance agent for about 10 years, so when we got married and moved back to the area, we decided to use Ty again. When we leased a car and needed insurance, the insurance company at the car dealership said we would have to pay a very high price because we had been out of the country for 3 years and didn’t have a record of paying car insurance (even though we did pay for it in Taiwan). We went back to Ty, and he said that he understood our circumstances and could definitely give us a good rate based on our previous insurance records and our driving records. We also have home insurance with Ty. He was highly recommended by our mortgage loan agent, and since we were already working with him for car insurance, we decided to stay with him. Ty is very easy-going when meeting in person; he puts me at ease. He (and his office) is also very responsive to our questions and needs. As long as we stay in this are and Ty is working with Farm Bureau, we will continue to use him as our agent.
