1. Well, I do not have much experience with getting homeowners insurance, so I initially went to Amy because of a recommendation from my fiance’s mom because that’s who she got her insurance from. I didn’t really know what I was looking for, or what I needed to ask, or anything of that nature, but after asking us a few questions, we found out what we were looking for and how much we could afford to spend on the insurance itself. Amy was very helpful in answering all of the questions me and my fiance had about insurance, the payments, and everything that would be included in our plan. I would recommend Amy to anyone that is in the area that is looking for insurance options because she is very helpful.

2. Amy Bowman and the staff at her office are always very helpful. I have multiple policies with them myself. My parents also have coverage through them which I pay for in part. They have set up billing for us to cover all of these policies in a unique way that allows for my partial payment in the case of my parents’ policies. There have been occasions when I have interacted with the office to change policies or to replace lost cards and the staff recognize me and always address me by name. Over the phone, the staff is efficient. I had to deal with a cracked windshield, and they were able to set me up with a company to repair it while I was a work, which my policy covered completely. Their office is centrally located in town, and the hours are convenient. Overall, my experience with Amy Bowman has be exceptional and I intend to stay with State Farm for years to come.
