1. When choosing insurance, you are not only purchasing the ability to legally drive a vehicle, but you are purchasing a relationship with a company who you will need to rely on in a time of need. No one has to call the insurance company because something good happens. My experience with Michael has been a great one right from the jump and looks to continue to go down the right path for as long as I am driving in Pennsylvania. I was overpaying for years by purchasing online. One night I decided to call a local agent hoping that I could somehow get a better deal if a human being was able to crunch numbers. With that, Michael offered me a very fair deal for the coverage and the premium I had in mind. He had mentioned to me that I could call day or night if I had any questions. Two weeks after purchasing a policy, I ended up getting in an accident. Though I was not at fault, I still called Michael figuring that if anything goes awry, he would be able to step in. The offender’s insurance was attempting to undervalue the damage to my SUV, and Michael was able to fight for me to get what was covered so that I would have zero out of pocket expenses. This is a legitimate example of how he serves not only his clients, but his community. He went above and beyond what is expected, even helping out in a situation that did not require him.
