I have been a customer of dc Clements office for 3 years. I recently had 4 vehicles and my house covered. Then for some reason 2 of my vehicles where removed from policy ( mid month) with no reason given and they never even called to let me know. I found out they where canceled when I had a flat tire on interstate and tried to use my road side assistance . I contacted the office while on the side of the road and was rudely told by my agent that it wasn’t his fault and he could do nothing. It has been 4 days since then and I still do not have an answer why they were removed from policy and after several more calls to agent I was told if I called back he would call the police for harrasment. This is from D C Clement his self personally. I have contacted customer service 1 800 number and filed a complaint on the agency and once again got a cussing call from Mr Clement stating it isn’t his fault. But how does he know it ain’this fault if he doesn’t even know why the vehicles were removed. This has caused me to gain insurance through all state and have cancelled my other two vehicles and homeowners with them.
They have not sent me any kind of refund. They owe me 247 dollars for the missing coverage. I am sure I will never see this. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THESE CROOKS. IF IT HAPPENS TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO WAS NEVER LATE WITH PAYMENT IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU TOO.
DC Clement has been my insurance agent from the beginning in 2005. He’s a family friend and I’ve known him most of my life. This agent has always remained professional and reliable when it comes to my policies and questions. Fortunately, I’ve only had to use my insurance once in my life although it was a very stressful time. DC was available for any and all questions and concerns that I had. I was only 16 when I had my first and only car accident in which I was not at fault. Several times did this agent and his office call to check on me and make sure I was doing fine and kept me posted with how the insurance was settling on the case. Even with this accident, my premiums have only continued to lower over the years.
