I found this agent through recommendation of a friend, after I started looking for new auto insurance about 3 years ago as the premium of my previous one got too prohibitive. I have since stayed with the agent and purchased other insurance product as well, including renter insurance and later condo homeowner insurance. The reason that I selected them was mainly because of the reduced premiums comparing to other companies. My experience with billing and service with them has been quite smooth. I once forgot to pay for the premiums on time and they didn’t charge me for any penalties. They have been quite prompt in answering my questions as well. I do feel that they are indeed motivated to help me reduce my premium by utilizing all available incentives and policies, so that I wouldn’t consider switching to a different insurance company. I once complained about increasing premiums and they patiently explained the reason behind the raise. So far, I haven’t had any claims and therefore I couldn’t comment on that.
