1. In general, I was satisfied with the experience with this agent. I was automatically assigned to the office when I got a quote for renters insurance, and they’ve also contacted me about bundling other services such as auto insurance. I never had any claims for my renters insurance, so I don’t know how the process would be from that, but given my interactions with the office, I would say that things would likely be fine. One thing that did annoy me was they would keep calling when I would get quotes for auto insurance; I would not answer or tell them I’m not interested, but they would still want to talk to me and see if they could get me a good deal, when I got better coverage elsewhere. One thing that was nice is that they sent cards several times throughout the year for various holidays.

2. Steve was really good at explaining and communicating. He had a ready answer at every turn and did not seem rehearsed. He was patient and understanding. He put at ease doubt and would have gotten rid of even more of my confusion had my memory been more retentive. I felt he had my interests in mind in additional to his own interests which no one can really fault him for considering. The discussion and sign up process was streamlined, and I felt the time flew by. Steve did not sneak anything into the policy, everything was foreseen. I was given plenty of time to read over everything and decide. I felt the business was successful through solid foundation rather than shortcuts and quirky tricks. The physical location was very clean and orderly.
