My experience has been excellent with Arthur Stover. When I got into my first accident, he quickly settled my claim with the other insurance agent even though the other agent was ignoring many of my calls. He also called my parents to inform us of discounts to our auto insurance which we gladly accepted. When he found out that I was majoring in insurance, he took a genuine interest in my choice and gave me advice which I will be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. We have also talked about personal matters such as career happiness and my choice to potentially go back to school to become an actuary. Arthur has also explained several questions that our family had about our claims during a stressful time. We never felt pressured to maintain him as our agent even though I am fully aware that he is commission-based which is something I truly respect about him.
