we had never really had any issues with our agent. they have been very nice to us. sent us christmas cards,etc. i always get the info i need when i talk to them. they even search for better rates for us every now and then. they are good about talking through email and even text, believe it or not. i feel very comfy with this agent . we have been with them for more than 4 years. the benifits of a local person you can actually talk to means alot to me. they are very personable and act like they actually care about the customers. i cannot imagine going anywhere else for my insurance needs. i hope to sat with them for a long time.
