Ken’s staff is very helpful. He is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you get the correct services and coverage you need. He has been honest with me in the past about what add-ons I don’t need and what would be a good value based on where I live. I have easy auto pay set up so I only call when I need to make changes but they always answer the phone or get back to me by the next business day. The rates are also superb and have dropped since being switched over to him from a Georgia agent. I have had an overall excellent experience and would recommend to anyone in Tennessee, even if not in Chattanooga, to use this agent. The only downside is there is no way to touch base after 5:30 pm, but I guess that is understandable for a smaller agency.
I worked in the same office complex that Ken operated his business out of. Every time I had a question, he was right there to answer it. His office let me walk in anytime I needed, and helped guide me in the right direction. He had similar values as I did, and many of his staff members even lived in the same city I did. One of them even lived down the road from me about a mile. She was very nice. When I quit working, Ken helped guide me with the steps that I needed to take as far as getting my 401K transfered over to an IRA. He was so helpful, he had one of his representatives drive all the way to my home, about 45 minutes away from his office, to help me with the paperwork.
