1. I have stuck with this agent because I Get a really good rate from them. However, sometimes I Find that their communication leaves a bit to be desired. There have been times I left a message or placed a call and it was never returned. It just kinda depends and it is inconsistent. However, the good rates I have gotten have been more important to me than whether or not they always return my calls, so I’ve been able to overlook this flaw. To me it is more important to get a rate I’m happy with than to always be able to reach my agent. They do call back some of the time so it’s not like it’s impossible to reach them, it just leaves a little to be desired sometimes. But I am okay with this. They are courteous and nice and easy to work with overall. I would recommend.

2. I was referred to this agent by a friend who said that he could get great rates and was easy to work with. This turned out to be true. I was getting bad quotes from many major agencies and had spent hours on the phone calling around and giving out tons of information just to get a rate quote that was totally unacceptable. When I talked to Dirks it was a quick phone call where he got the necessary information and he returned a rate much lower than any others with a great company. He gave me the coverage I wanted at the price I wanted. When there was a minor change I wanted to make a week later, it was really easy to contact him and his office got right back to me and helped make the change. I’m glad I found him.
