1. Paul has been very helpful in finding discounts, and is a friendly person to work with. He combined multiple policies I had been carrying and saved me a considerable amount of money (all things being relative of course). The office is in a convenient location, although parking is atrocious as it is a very narrow lot which only accommodates a few cars at a time, right on the street. The inside of the office is good enough, with a waiting area and agent desks. He was thorough in going through our options but he did not take forever to get a binder together, and I did not feel pressured to buy other products through him. All in all, I will continue using Paul Catalano’s agency unless I encounter something either significantly cheaper or closer to home.

2. I considered going with larger insurers when looking for a new insurance policy and in the local paper saw and advertisement for this agent. I thought it would be nice to use someone local who knew the area but figured it might be more money. Working with the agent they were able to counsel me into the appropriate coverage for even a lower price than the large competitor. They are attentive, respond quickly and are very kind in continuing to personally reach out with opportunities for coverage. When I needed to make a last minute change to coverage, they handled it quickly and with almost no effort on my part. I can communicate with them via phone, email and over the website and it’s all equally responsive. I feel confident that they have my best interest in mind.

3. Paul is very passionate about his work. If I ever have any issue and I contact him, he tries his best to solve it right away. He provides excellent customer service & is very friendly. He is very caring & will call to remind about any special promotions or just general bill reminders. He tries to sympathize with the customers & provide the best experience possible. Unfortunately some of the issues were mainly involving the company’s process of handling certain things but Paul tries to do the best he can to handle it as well as make it easy for the customer. Whether it is email or phone call, Paul Catalano will try to respond back as soon as possible if he is not able to answer the call immediately & that I believe is one of the keys to good customer service.
