1. I’ve know John in a business capacity for 30 years now. His staff is always courteous and helpful. They’ve helped me survive car accidents, hail damage, a teenage driver and other life events. I like that his office is still just down the road. It’s great if you need to stop by and ask about discounts or programs. Whenever I’ve had a claim or any problems I can always get a thorough answer there in the office. Several years ago I had a friend who went to work for an All State agency. She said why not give me your info and I’ll bet we can beat it. So I did, and for whatever reason, she came back a week later and said she couldn’t believe the rates we were getting. That her agent couldn’t offer anything close. I’ve been very happy with State farm and John Coleman.

2. I first started using State Farm insurance with John Coleman when I was 16 years old. I was a new driver, and my parents were insured with Mr. Coleman. So it was natural that I sign on under their guidance. In those early years, I didn’t know anything about insurance. So I just did what the folks in the office told me to do. That included turning in my report cards for discounts, and I took a defensive driving class after an early speeding ticket. They really helped me save a good bit of money. Fast forward years later, and I’ve graduated college and I eventually marry and start a family. I was still a happy customer with John Coleman and State Farm. We compared my wife’s carrier to State Farm, and we saved money again by adding her to my policy with State Farm. Eventually we bought our first house. We probably should have shopped around, but I was happy with State Farm and they gave us what I assumed was a good rate on home insurance. It wasn’t until years later that a friend of ours began working as an insurance agent. She mentioned that she might be able to save us some money. So I sent her all our details. She replied that State Farm was giving us an outstanding deal, and that her company couldn’t compete at all. So ever since then, between our long relationship with John Coleman, our satisfaction with State Farm’s rates, and second hand confirmation of our deal. I can honestly say I could not be happier with my insurance agent.
