1. I am very satisfied with my agent. All the employees who work in the office and the agent himself are very friendly, helpful and professionals. When I have a question about different services that they offer, I get a response in details right away. One day, I had an accident and it was not life-threatening. I called my agency and they explained everything that what I need to do. They sent a company representative to assist me and they offered me free rental car service until my car was fixed. They are really honest and they are not trying to trick you to get higher insurance plans. They tell you which insurance plan will work for your budget the best. My life insurance with them has a low monthly payment and if something happens to me, it will cover the funeral expanses as well. Overall, I am happy with my agent.

2. I transferred to JT because I knew him as a fellow baseball dad. I was already at State Farm but had a different agent. I decided that it made better sense to have an agent who actually knows who I am and that I could talk to like a normal person. I have never had a claim with JT, but have needed to ask a few questions from time to time. Like all insurance companies I fully expect them to be there when I need them, but punish me with higher rates because I actually used them. For the most part I depend on my insurance agent to provide me with calendars at the end of the year and the occasional cookie if I should need to make a payment during normal business hours.

3. I have had a great experience so far with JT Turnbow as my State Farm car and life insurance agent. I live in a city with multiple insurance options – and multiple State Farm agents – but chose JT on the recommendation of friends. I have not been disappointed. JT is always available when needed and provides prompt, reliable, and friendly service. His staff are also very polite and professional.

   I put his agency to the test recently. I was at a stop light on a rainy Friday afternoon on my way to the movies. The light turned green while I was in the left turning lane, but I was unable to proceed because of oncoming traffic. The truck coming up behind me was traveling fast and, because of that fact and the slick roads, was unable to stop in time and rear ended my car. I filed the police report and called the agency. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and answered all my questions right away. Once I received a copy of my police report, I went to JT’s office and turned in my paperwork. The agency had the other driver’s insurance on the phone immediately to file a claim, which was approved almost immediately. Less than a week later, my car’s rear bumper had been repaired with no cost to myself. Because the accident was not my fault, my coverage did not go up. Overall, the process was much smoother than I thought my first car accident would be.
