I have been with the Pinto Agency since I bought my fourth house in 2017. I think having a good insurance agent securing your home is very important. Mike Pinto at that time his company was fairly new so he was very personable, always eager to help his clients. Since 2 years ago the dynamics of the Pinto Agency representing Goosehead Insurance has chanced drastically for the worse! There is no personal client relationships and he doesn’t ever return calls or emails. The office personnel are not welcoming to the clients. I have had 2 years of hell trying to reach Mike Pinto to revise my home insurance quote it was a big mission and at the end he would refuse to do a re-shop for another insurance company. I have recommended a lot of my friends and family and those friends and family are leaving the Pinto agency to another agency. I am leaving the Mike Pinto agency because no matter how big you thing you have expanded if you don’t give good customer service is like starting again from “0”. The scarry part is that he quote an insurance that was a DP3 on my personal home with my exclusions of coverage!!!! Every other agency questioned why did he never advised of the type of policy he was writing for me.
