I don’t have many problems where I need to contact my insurance agent, but when I do they are always available and always friendly and helpful. I don’t know much about the whole insurance system, but the employees in the office are there to explain to me everything I have questions about. I also really like that no one has tried to sell me anything. They’re there just for what I need, and tha’ts nice. Living in northern Minnesota can be tough on a car in the winter. I had trouble one year with my car and its battery, where my car never started. At the time I was over half an hour away from the agent’s office. My agent arranged for a nearby auto shop to come out to my house and start my car. When the problem persisted, they had someone from the nearby auto shop come out a second time. As soon as I brought the bills from these two services to my agent’s office, they reimbursed me right away. Another time, my husband’s windshield cracked, which has never happened to us before. We were also new to town so we didn’t really know who to call to handle the repairs. My agent referred us to a wonderful shop that did a great job, and it was free of charge since it was part of our coverage. My agent and his employees don’t really feel like insurance agents; they feel more like friends who know more about insurance than I do. I have nothing but good things to say about every one of them.
