1. I called in for a quote, doing some shopping because my rates had gone up, and Patrick was the one who answered. He was very polite and seemed intrested to talk to me. He asked some information about me, my auto’s, my home, but what really impressed me, was he asked some more detailed questions than anyone else had asked me. After we discussed everything, he told me he would quote me through the companies they offer and give me a call back. I was expecting a call a few hours later or maybe tomorrow, but he got back to me within an hour. When presenting me with the cheapest quotes he was able to offer, which happened to be with Grange, he further went over some coverage options, particularly with the home. Some areas that are potential gaps in coverage that aren’t covered on the standard homeowners and we may want to add coverage for it. I accepted the quote and the switching process was painless and easy, he even had me sign a cancellation and contacted my old agent for me so I didn’t have to. I’ve spoke with him several times since our initial encounter and they have all been great experiences.
