I have had this insurance company since 2000. Started with homeowners and then added cars in 2005. I took over the insurance with the mortgage more or less. When We first got them, I wasn’t satisfied with the people who ran it. I believe it was a Couple. The Man was nice, but the woman was always extremely rude. I actually think they still own this branch but have someone else too run it.
Overall, I am satisfied with this insurance. I had one claim in 2009 for a new roof, and they took care of it with no problem. I also had a claim with a totaled car and had a check within 5 days, I had no problem whatsoever with the claim. I do have a problem with my Homeowners insurance going up every year. But she told Me I agreed too that in the contract. I don’t remember too agreeing too a cost of replacement cost increase every year, I don’t know who really would, but since I was not paying as close of attention as I should. That was My fault. I’ll know better next time. I don’t know if that’s their way of raising cost due too claims or if that is the way with all insurance companies.
