I went there on the recommendation of a friend. He had me call before I got there, the guy ran my info and had my quote printed up and ready to go when I arrived. It was cheaper than the other agencies I compared to. When I got there though, he was the only one in the office. I had to wait about 20 minutes.
Then the printer didn’t work. Then I asked about titling my car and he offered to do it for a premium of 100 above what the DMV charged. I didn’t find it out of line, but my time to wait at the dmv all day was worth less than 100. He took my payment, I mailed it in every month after that. I haven’t spoke to him sense.
