I love my State Farm agency. I have only spoken to the Agent, Doug a few times. Most of my experience is with his staff, particularly a woman named Jan. Jan is wonderful. She calls me at least twice a year to check in on me and to see if there are any other polices that she can offer me. I started with this agency with just Homeowners insurance. Jan continuously called me to see if they could offer me a better rate on my car insurance. Each year, it turned out that I was still getting a better deal with Geico. Jan never lied to me or tried to force me to switch. Finally about 6 months ago she called and it turned out State Farm had lowered their rates and was able to save me about $60 per month by switching my car insurance to them. I am happy that we were finally able to do it. They are an agency that really seems to care. With Geico I just felt like a number. With Doug’s office I feel like they actually know me.
