I have been with Victor over a decade. We have had one apartment flood, and he was very helpful assisting us with that. I was with him in a previous marriage as well, my current wife switched to him about 5 years ago. He always sends scratch tickets on both of our birthdays. We here from him via email or mail at least once a month. We haven’t filed many claims but when we do he always responds to us in a very timely manner. Over all his customer service is excellent, and he is always very empathetic towards us when we do have issues. I have never actually met him in person but have talked to him on the phone. He treats me and my wife as if we have met and are good friends. I could imagine going out to dinner with him and his wife, or attending a party together. I’m sure he treats all of his clients this way and i am in no way special, but he makes us feel special. Never judges us about anything. H has very good customer service skills which is rare to find now a days. I feel bad that I haven’t recommended him to anyone yet. I guess the opportunity hasn’t come up yet. If it does I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. My wife and I actually consider him an important part of our life, as he has seen us through many tough times. We are very grateful to him for his services.
