My experience with Matt Stone Insurance agency has been average. There has been no extraordinary experiences or customer service examples that stand out for me while dealing with them. I originally found this agency by searching google for a local agent who offered nationwide insurance and Matt Stone had the cheapest. I currently have auto and renters insurance with this agency but after waiting several weeks to hear back from them about changing the address for my policies, I am contemplating looking for a new agent with a better response time. I have not made any claims through their agency so I cannot speak for their dealings with that. My billing is taken out automatically every month for both policies and never had any problems. I did get a bit of a discount on my policies for have two seperate ones.
