Never rude, always pleasant and smiling. Casy seems to be the person to handle most of the small stuff, but would really be helpful and I can see how it is important for him to speak Spanish. Most people that walk in sometimes only speak one language. I could always call and get a friendly tone and would put up with me nagging to try to get the best deal. I would be invited to come in and discuss competition rates and break down what are the differences with deductibles and a real friendly atmosphere. Now, don’t get me wrong, I can feel the salesmen energy also coming from these guys. They will flat out tell you that they are the best, and I question that sometimes. They do get rid of customers that are having many accidents or are probably not profitable to them, and this is a concern. I had a few friends and family that have been kicked out of state farm plans because of their record. I never had that issue, but honestly, if you don’t have that issue, then I also question what is the point of having an insurance, because you must deal with the other insurance company to fix your car. Overall, I have not been with another insurance company, so I can’t compare honestly. My overall experience with them is great and I can’t complain in that regard, they are good people.
