Doug is a great agent. Anytime that we have had a question about our rates or an increase, Doug did his best to make us happy by adjusting our rate. We went with Doug because my husband’s family has always worked with him. He seems to appreciate the loyalty and in turn treats us very well.
Doug seems to be honest. When corporate increases the rates and they go up automatically, Doug does what he can to lower the rates for us.
We have considered checking around with other companies for rate comparisons, but have never gotten around to it. That shows that we are comfortable with where we are. In the future we may check around; I think that is just good practice as a consumer, but for now, we are comfortable.
