1. I enjoy this agency because they are honest with me. I had recently went to see if I could get a better price on auto insurance if I bundle it with my homeowners insurance. He ran the numbers and told frankly that it is cheaper for me to have my auto insurance somewhere else. He went on to explain how great State Farm is however I was more concerned on price. He understood my concern and did not try to pressure me in to anything I was not comfortable with. My home insurance on the other hand is on par with the rest of the other companies, however I went with State Farm because they are a trusted brand and have a good reputation in the industry. Bill my agent set up my insurance so that it comes out of my mortgage payment monthly and I do not have to worry about it.

2. I have used Bill mclears JRs office since I was 16. My father used them and that is why I did as i used to be under his insurance. They are extremely easy to use and any issues I have ever had, I have been able to just email them and they get right back to you. I communicate primary with his daughter who is the office manager. She is extremely easy going and tries to give you the cheapest rate she can find. She also will add other policies to your account to try to see if you can get multi plan discounts. I recently changed to geico as it seemed like a cheaper option and am extremely unsatisfied with them. I would like to go back to them.
