It has not been great.
My husband asked for the policy to be ended at the end of February to give me time to take over the policy. Brian is brand new and stopped it right away. I called him trying to get it back and he just couldn’t figure out anything. I ended calling HQ and they got it back on for me but it ended up costing me an extra $100 for his error. Then when the police was back on, I guess he gets notified and calls me like I’m a brand new customer. After spending three days trying to fix it and failing and also causing me to drive uninsured when I didn’t know it he doesn’t remember? They back charged me for the month that I wasn’t covered. I am not too happy with him and will probably change.
