I chose to get insurance through Zan as this is the provider I was with under my parents plan. My understanding is they were transferred to him when their original agent left the business. I started having problems when I purchased a new vehicle and needed to get coverage on that vehicle while canceling it from the vehicle I previously had. The new coverage was added, but the old coverage was never dropped. It took several phone calls over the course of a couple months to get this issue resolved. The customer service in this office is terrible. Having originally been insured under the same plan as my parents (and sibling), I would regularly receive calls about their vehicles/policies that I was not associated with; and has not been tied to for years. This occurred continually over the course of several years before the confusion stopped.
