1. Extremely friendly agent and staff. They have always been available when questions arise for both auto and home insurance. I highly recommend.

I bought a new to me car at the end of February and a family member suggested this agent. so while I was at the car lot signing away my life I had them on the phone organizing car insurance so I could drive my car off the lot, they gave me the price, I paid my 1st months premium and drove off the lot, all was good until I get a letter from my financing bank to tell me that the insurance I purchased was insufficient and if I did not provide proof of adequate insurance back dated to date of purchase they would bill me for their own premiums at something close to $500 a month. I called my agent and they told me there was an issue with the underwriters and even though I was supposed to have fully comprehensive insurance currently all I had at the time was liability which did not meet the demands of my financing company.. so after many long phone calls to their office I finally get them to issue a backdated policy to the date of purchase. so I gave the proof to my financing company and all was good for 3 weeks until I get an updated billing summary my bill went from the original $110 a month to $250 a month to include back charges for the backdating of the policy… this is totally unacceptable so I am now changing my agent to another company entirely hopefully one that underwrites their own policy’s.
