Our policy was acquired by this agent after our previous agent went out of business. We have so far been very pleased, we have had a few claims on our house and they were wonderful as far as the claim processing and customer service. The only complaint I had was the insurance premium doubled as a result of our claims, which were not our fault but weather related, and they said they rezoned our area to be high risk. But I have found that their prices are the most competitive for the coverage we require. They always answer the phone and are willing to help us look for discounts or ways we can lower our bill. They have two different locations so it is very convenient for us, and the online system is great.
