1. I have had Tom as an agent for 4 years and he has always been available to sit down and talk if I need hem. His advice and perspective I have come to trust and his office staff has always been helpful as well. They are located just a mile or so from my home and it makes it very convenient to go in and see them in person. Tom has also helped me with my policy over the phone on numerous occasions. He has helped to add things to my homeowners that have helped me to insure against major loss and that I didn’t een know was available. If I need an agent going forward they will need to be as service oriented and available as Tom and his staff have been.

2. My family has had Tom Duffy as our primary insurance agent for nearly 30 years now. The rare times we’ve had a claim, he handled everything promptly and with a minimum of fuss. We’ve never had issues with billing or claims. I was taught that insurance agents are like stagehands–if they’re doing their job properly people never see them.

   We have all of our insurance through him and I have to say we’ve been quite satisfied over the years. The rates are great, we get discounts for bundling everything, and any time we’ve had a question, he or his agents have been there to answer our concerns in a timely manner. I’m not crazy about the fact his office is a good 10 miles from me, but be that as it may–we’re happy with him and will continue to use his services for years to come.
