I have used this agent since I was seventeen, and since then I have been in two car wrecks neither were my fault. My parents have used Eric Lusby for years, and when I got my license I got insured on their plan. The agency worked with me in communicating with the other insurance agencies, and they even faxed medical bills to other offices so that I wouldn’t have to pay excessive amounts of shipping costs. Even when I have been late paying a bill they have never said it was late to me and even their computer system said it was on time up to eight days after the due date. Eric Lusby’s office has great workers that are willing to help in any way they possibly can, and are always extremely kind when I walk in the door. Since I pay in person they almost all know me by name now. Their saying Like a good neighbor State farm is there” is accurate based on my experiences at Eric Lusby’s office.
