She has been absolutely wonderful! We moved about a year after getting insurance through state farm and Marsha has been wonderful over the last couple years of ups and downs and helping keep us on track for our insurance. Our car was vandalized last year, the person did over two thousand and five hundred dollars in damages to the car. When we called the insurance about it they were wonderful. Explained everything that happened and they helped walk us through the process of getting the car looked at and all the details. We were able to go to one of the local shops that works with state farm. A state farm rep was there and did an assessment of damages. She explained everything as she went which made it a little less stressful. Due to the type of damage that was done we were just cut a check for the cost of repairs minus our deductible and able to go to our regular mechanic to get repairs done. Was so pleased with the whole experience.
