Tom Jerome was recommended to us by my husband’s father. My husband’s brothers, father, uncles, and cousins all use Tom and Brian Jerome for their insurance needs and we decided to do so as well. We have two cars, a home, and an RV through them. I have only done one claim, but Brian was extremely helpful and available to me during the entire process. Whenever I call their office, I am always immediately greeted and helped. I never have to wait or be on hold, I am always pleased with the service I receive. When I have needed proof of insurance documents, the office has been very accommodating in getting them to me as quickly as possible. A family friend also uses the Jeromes and when their house burned down, Brian showed up with a check that night so they could get a hotel room and clothing. Excellent service.
