1. I chose this insurance agent because he is the agent who insured my mother and father while they were married – he still insures my father. It was just the easiest choice and I’ve never had a problem with him.

   I will say he is an older gentleman and although he is not slow or incompetent, he is rather difficult to understand over the phone.
   He’s an easy going guy with a good knowledge of his job. He’s always very helpful and gets things done quickly. I don’t think I’ve ever had to call back with to have an issue resolved.

   I imagine we’ll continue to use William Stein for the rest of our insurance career or until we move out of town, whereas it will be more convieint to have a closer agent.

2. William Stein was my parents insurance agent 25+ years ago when they were married so when I was old enough to get insurance for my car this is where my mom took me. He has always been available when I needed assistance, always efficient and always willing to work with me. Although his office is a bit out of the way for, I don’t mind making the trip to discuss insurance with him because it’s just easier to do in his office. He’s been doing insurance a long time and sometimes when we email back and forth I get a little confused with all the insurance jargon so it’s just easier for me to come see in person. He’s always polite and obviously knows a lot about what he’s doing.
