The Agent calls back when they say they will; He takes the time to discuss policy options as well as how the claims process will work; All I need to do is call him and makes policy changes quickly; and sends me confirmation via e-mail. When I first came to Dean, he spent an hour helping me to decide the correct policy and to help me understand why I should take certain coverage levels. Even on his days off, he will still get back to me with an answer to my question. It’s like having my own personal Agent on call. I have recommended this office to numerous friends and they have not been disappointed. I don’t see myself changing Agents even if the costs go up slightly. I don’t mind spending more money to get the help that I need.

2. I have been with Geico, specifically Dean Collotta, for approximately three years. My wife was involved in a rear end, hit and run collision and Dean was extremely helpful getting us through the process. The fleeing driver was located before a claim was made and we ended up using the other insurance company for the claim. None the less, Dean was there to help guide us and advise us. I am very skeptical of most people, but trust he had our best interest at heart.

   I originally had home and auto through Dean, but when I moved the homeowner’s policy was much cheaper elsewhere. His agency understood and hasn’t treated us any less valuable. I randomly check back as this local agent is a big help in a time of need and uncertainty. Ultimately though, insurance is a numbers game. Don’t pay them anymore than you have to and unfortunately, it means it’s about time to shop around again.
