We were assigned Jason Jarvis as an agent when we joined Allstate in 2014. We spoke with him initially when we were in the process of buying our first home. He listened to what we needed and took the time to explain confusing terms to us. We liked working with him and after comparing rates, we found he had provided us with the best one. We purchased our home insurance through him and ended up switching our auto insurance, as well.
In the 17 months that we have been working with him, we have found him to be friendly, courteous, and responsive. I called him a few months ago to review our home owner’s policy and he verified our coverage information and even found a way to help us save a few dollars a month. We also recently bought a car and so we had to change our auto policy. The dealership had no trouble reaching him and updating our policy was a breeze. He also took the time to follow up with us and make sure we were all set. Our new cards arrived promptly in the mail.
