Every interaction I’ve had with her and her staff has been cordial and helpful. I switch to her when I moved to Duncansville area like 6 years ago. We have stayed with her even though we now live like 50 minutes away because that is how pleasant my experience has been.
I’ve had car insurance through State Farm for 18 years now and they have never steered me wrong. I even added home insurance from them when I bought my home around 5 years ago. I’ve only had one claim go through them and it was when I opened my car door into another door and had a little paint transfer. Lisa was super helpful at interacting with us throughout the whole process and letting us now what the other insurance company was doing throughout. She ended up getting it so they only paid out like $20.
In conclusion, I’d highly recommend Lisa because she seems to actually care about her clients.
