I was assigned to Kathi Parkinson (or Mackey at the time) agency when I moved to the area from out of state. After a couple of uneventful years of service, I had an issue arise with a vehicle that I continued to own but no longer was driving. The situation was complicated by an in house situation with an employee of the agency. When I was able to talk with Kathi directly, she was very helpful in resolving my issue and making sure that I was treated fairly by Allstate. Through multiple emails and phone calls to resolve the issue, Kathi maintained a professional attitude and was patient in seeing my problem through to it’s ultimate resolution. I have been a long time Allstate customer and have moved several times during this period, resulting in my account being reassigned to a local agent, While I would still prefer that the company gave the customer options when there are multiple agencies in the area, in general I have been satisfied with the agents I have been assigned. I must say that I am more than happy that my account was assigned to Kathi Parkinson when I moved to this area, although initially I was pretty perturbed by the assignment, as her office was about a 30 minute drive from home. On top of that, I had to pass a couple other Allstate offices to reach her. In the end, I’m glad that Kathi is my Allstate agent now. I would recommend her to anyone looking for good service with a personal touch.
