She calls to check in yearly. When I had a huge premium increase after Hurricane Sandy, she immediately sought out an alternative carrier for me to offset. She’s very friendly and helpful whenever I have issues, which is not often, to be honest. The office is local and very near my home, and while the hours are pretty restrictive, I’ve never had any issues the few times I’ve needed to actually go in. There have been a couple times that I’ve shopped around for my insurance, but I haven’t ever found anything that has compared, as far as price or personal service. I’ve been with the agency since I bought my house in 2003, and I don’t have a single complaint. I’d recommend going through an independent insurance agency to anyone.
