If I could rate this office a zero (0) I would! I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever with this office. Highlights of the service includes: (1) Signing me up for services that I did not request …nor were the services explained to me prior to signing me up. This is completely unethical! (2) Had to deal with non-experienced Reps who did not understand my policy and did not know what was going on from the prior Rep’s notes; (3) Promised return calls that never happened; (5) Failure to quickly reinstate my policy after THEY made a mistake with applying the incorrect credit card to my account (due to a typo on their part) and the policy accidentally got canceled, and finally (4) After leaving a message for the agent himself (Craig Wiggins), I did not receive a return phone call even though I threatened to call the Corp Office in my message. I only received a return call from him AFTER I had spoken with the Corporate Office and requested an Agent change. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS AGENT!!!”
I have had insurance through Craig Wiggins for almost 16 years and have had a wonderful experience. They are always ready to help and answer any questions I’ve ever had. When I was involved in a wreck a few years ago they were able to help me and get everything taken care of with as little stress for me as possible. They set everything up and had all the paperwork filled out for me. I would recommend the Wiggins Group to anyone looking for home or auto insurance. Since I have been with them for so long I feel that I can give a very good review of them and their practices. My family has been using Craig Wiggins for longer than I have, and I have continued with them as I have moved out and bought a home and car.
