You never truly know what an agent will be like until you are in a time of need, i.e. a car accident. I had ca car accident a few years ago and spoke to Aaron at a time I was feeling very lost and very emotional. He was very good at setting met at ease and giving me a very thorough explanation of what to expect including an agent calling to take my statement, where to take my car for a repair, and obtaining a rental car while my car was out of commission. He actually arranged for a rental car to be dropped off for me. A few days after the accident, he called to follow up to make sure I had been contacted, and was set up with everything I needed.
Beyond the accident, Aaron and his office check in with me periodically to insure I am receiving the best rates possible and to review my current coverage to make sure the aspects of the coverage are sufficient. In addition, whenever I call to ask questions, for example, if I am covered when I lend my car to a friend or if I am covered when I rent a car, he is very thorough in his explanations of my coverage.
My daughter was also in an accident a year or two ago, and Aaron again came through for us, making sure my daughter was OK. I am sure I could find cheaper insurance elsewhere, but I stay with Cox Insurance because of the customer service.
