This was the worst experiences I have ever had with any insurance agency ever! I am already an existing State Farm member and I thought it would be easy to get a quote from them…I was very, very wrong. My only request was to get a quote for insurance. 4 days later and talking with 4 different agents at Kathy Scott’s office. Many calls to office that were met by voice mail in the middle of the working day. Many broken promises. When they promised yesterday they would get this taken care of after 3 days of putting me off they called back and said they need more information and then they called the next day to continue the agonizing process. This was JUST TO GET A QUOTE!! I couldn’t imagine if I had an actual claim where they already had my business how hard it would be to get them to do anything for me. This was very disappointing, frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I would highly suggest to use another company. I called another insurance company after getting off the phone with them and I got a very reasonable quote for my insurance in 5 minutes!! Kathy’s office really needs to get things figured out, terrible customer service!”
I was originally referred to Kathy through a family friend who knew her. I couldn’t have made a better decision to get my insurance through her! From the very beginning Kathy has been understand, kind, and has provided excellent customer service. Not only is the customer service second to none, but the price for the insurance was amazing! I did do a little bit of shopping around when I was first getting insurance, and all of the other quotes I had gotten were nothing compared to the quote that I had received from Kathy. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation as to who they should get insurance from, I would definitely recommend Kathy and her team at State Farm. By far the best experience I have ever had.
