1. I have had nothing but good experiences with this agent. The costs are low, he is always available and he is helpful.I have called a few times with questions and/or to process a payment and his staff is good too. I wish that we had more interaction sometimes because he doesn’t call to check in and neither does his office staff, but i guess I don’t really need him to call because it is just car insurance. Sometimes I wonder if he could call and let me know if there have been rate changes if I was to switch to a different product because then i would be able to save some money and everyone likes to save money. I always wish that i could bundle my insurance package with State Farm.

2. My experience has lived up to the good reputation his agency has here in Janesville. I’ve had negative experiences with agencies in the past, and the worst thing I’ve experienced with him is one of his workers called me and wanted me to come in to go over policy changes. As that’s something that could easily be done over the phone or by e-mail, it’s a sales pitch. And while that is a negative, I can’t really fault a salesman for trying to sell me things – it’s literally their job. Again, that’s the only negative and there’s a host of positives, especially the knowledge level of his employees and their quick response to any questions and situations I’ve had to deal with. It’s a fairly high energy place, which is a big positive when you’re looking for people who handle your money.
